Our Next Practice... is Monday Night, Nov. 24th where Registrations will continue to be accepted.

*Additional and optional practices will be held at Modern Martial Arts of Englishtown Fridays from 5:00 to 6-ish. These sessions will be lead by your MatRat coaches and will be focused heavily on instruction and drilling. Each session is just $5 per child for MatRats only.

*No practice Friday, Nov. 28th.

Gear... all that is required for practice is a t-shirt, shorts, and wrestling shoes. Wrestling head-gear is required for competition. All can be purchased at Dick's, Modells, etc.
